Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. We use Google OAuth for authentication and do not store your Google password.

Community Content: If you post comments in our community forums, we collect the display name you provide and the content of your comments. Comments are public and visible to all users.

Watchlist Data: If you add tickers to your watchlist, we store this information associated with your account to provide the watchlist feature.

We use the information we collect to: operate and maintain the Service; provide you with AI-generated SEC filing analysis; manage your account and provide customer support; track credit usage for AI analysis features; improve the Service and develop new features; monitor usage patterns and analyze trends; and comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information about you:

Google Analytics:We use Google Analytics to track and analyze website usage. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the site, what pages they visit, and what other sites they used prior to coming to our site. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to our site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

Google OAuth: We use Google OAuth for account authentication. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and profile name. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Anthropic (Claude AI):We use Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate SEC filing analysis. Filing text from public SEC documents is sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. No personal user data is sent to Anthropic.

Yahoo Finance: We use Yahoo Finance APIs to retrieve stock quote data. No personal user data is shared with Yahoo Finance.

SEC EDGAR: We retrieve publicly available SEC filings from the SEC EDGAR database. No personal user data is shared with the SEC.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. We use session cookies for authentication and Google Analytics cookies for usage tracking. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Usage data collected through Google Analytics is retained according to Google’s data retention policies. Community comments are retained indefinitely as part of the public forum record.
