By accessing or using DredgeCap (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DredgeCap is an automated financial data aggregation and analysis platform. The Service uses artificial intelligence to extract, summarize, and analyze information from publicly available SEC filings retrieved from the SEC EDGAR database. DredgeCap does not independently verify, audit, or guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis.

3. AI-Generated Content

All analysis, summaries, sentiment scores, financial data extractions, and other content generated by DredgeCap’s AI systems (“AI Content”) are automated interpretations of publicly filed SEC documents. AI Content may contain errors, including but not limited to: incorrect extraction of financial figures, misinterpretation of filing language, incomplete analysis, or outdated information.

AI Content reflects DredgeCap’s automated interpretation of what companies have disclosed in their own SEC filings. DredgeCap does not make independent factual claims about any company. All AI Content is attributable to and derived from publicly available SEC filings, and users should verify any data point against the original source filing before relying on it.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on DredgeCap constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other kind of professional advice. DredgeCap does not recommend that any security should be bought, sold, or held. Sentiment scores (BULLISH, BEARISH, NEUTRAL) are algorithmically generated based on filing text analysis and do not represent recommendations. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

5. Data Sources and Accuracy

DredgeCap sources its data exclusively from publicly available SEC filings via the SEC EDGAR system, with supplemental stock quote data from third-party providers. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, DredgeCap does not warrant the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of any information on the Service. Data may be delayed, and AI-extracted figures may not match the original filing due to the limitations of automated text processing.

6. Error Reporting and Corrections

DredgeCap maintains an error reporting process. If you believe any AI-generated content on the Service is inaccurate, you may report the error via the “Report an error” link available on each company page, or by emailing [email protected]. DredgeCap will make reasonable efforts to review and correct reported inaccuracies in a timely manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DREDGECAP, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT; (C) ANY INVESTMENT OR FINANCIAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE; OR (D) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DREDGECAP’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DREDGECAP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DredgeCap and its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your reliance on AI-generated content; (c) any investment decisions you make based on information from the Service; or (d) your violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DREDGECAP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service may contain links to SEC EDGAR filings and other third-party resources. DredgeCap does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party resources. Community comments are user-generated and do not reflect the views of DredgeCap.

11. Intellectual Property

The DredgeCap name, logo, and Service design are the property of DredgeCap. SEC filing data is in the public domain. AI-generated analysis is provided for informational purposes and may be shared with attribution to DredgeCap and a link to the source page.

12. Modifications

DredgeCap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
